From 27 September 2026, every EU shop selling goods to consumers must show the EU guarantee notice, and products with a producer guarantee of more than two years get the EU GARAN label.
This plugin shows both, with the official artwork, in every EU language, where the EU asks for them.

The mandatory notice, right before the order button
Every EU shop selling goods to consumers must show the harmonized notice on the legal guarantee. The plugin puts the link where customers decide, right before the Place order button, on the classic and the block checkout, in the language of the page.
The official notice opens in a window with a clickable QR code. The notice is an image, so “Show as text” provides the same official wording as readable text in all 24 EU languages for screen readers and anyone who needs it, as the European Accessibility Act requires of online shops since 28 June 2025.
The EU GARAN label, for products with an extended producer guarantee
When a producer guarantees a product for more than two years at no extra cost, the EU GARAN label appears next to the price. One click or tap opens the full label, with the years, the Brand/Trademark and the Model identifier.
A washing machine with a 5-year producer guarantee shows “5” in the compact label, and the full label names the producer and the model. It stays off until you switch it on, so it never shows on products that do not qualify.

Proof of Notice: a daily check that your notice is still there
Showing the notice once is not enough: it has to stay there. A theme update, a page builder, a new footer or a caching plugin can remove the link without anyone noticing. Proof of Notice checks for it every day, from our server, opening a page of your site as a visitor would. If the link is missing, you get an email, and another one when it is back.
Every check is dated and kept for 3 years. See the record in Tools > EU Proof of Notice, download it as a spreadsheet, and get a weekly report in your inbox: verifiable evidence, check by check, of the days the notice was on your site. It is the only plugin that checks every day that your notice is still on your site, and keeps a dated record.
Included in every licence, not sold separately: for a single site, the plugin and its daily checks cost less than 9 cents a day.

In the order confirmation email, if you want
The order confirmation must repeat what the customer saw before buying. The plugin can add the full label under each item that has one, and the official notice at the end of the email, in the email’s language. Each is a setting of its own, so you decide whether your emails carry them.
The images travel inside the email, so they show even when the customer’s email program blocks images from the web.

Put the notice at checkout, in the cart, in the site footer, or behind any menu item or link you add. Place the label in one of nine spots on the product page. Choose the notice’s language, or let it follow the page.
Set the label’s guarantee for a whole brand or category, and override it on any product or variation. The product screen shows the label as customers will see it, redrawn as you type.

Not using WooCommerce? No problem
The notice is mandatory for every EU shop selling goods to consumers, whatever runs the shop. If you sell with another e-commerce plugin, take orders through a simple order or contact form, or show a catalogue and sell on request, the plugin still does the job on any WordPress site:
The notice: sitewide in the footer, from your own menu item or link to #eu-guarantee-notice, or with the “EU guarantee notice” block or the [nakedcat_guarantee_notice] shortcode, right next to your order button or form.
