A plugin is not translated into my language. How can I help translate it?
You can help with a translation at https://translations.nakedcatplugins.com/, but first you need to request access by creating a support ticket for your plugin and telling us what language you want to collaborate with.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Licensing
How to transfer the license to another domain?
Request the domain change in your customer area, next to the original order details. Then follow the instructions you receive in your email after Webdados releases the license.
If your domain is a development domain, you can deactivate it there and then activate the license on the new website. These are the exceptions in which you can deactivate the license yourself, without having to ask us to do so, and then reactivate it on your new production domain:
| Exact matches | Starting with | Ending with |
|---|---|---|
| localhost | local. dev. staging. test. | .dev .dev.cc .example .invalid .local .localhost .test .cloudwaysapps.com .flywheelstaging.com .instawp.xyz .jurassic.ninja .kinsta.cloud .myftpupload.com .mystagingwebsite.com .ngrok.io .tempurl.host .wpengine.com .wpenginepowered.com .wpmudev.host .wpsandbox.pro |
How much time do I have to renew an expired license?
30 days. After that, the subscription will be canceled, and you’ll need to subscribe again. Any special pricing that you might have will not be available on the new subscription.
What happens if I don’t renew my license?
If your license expires, the plugin will keep working, and most features will remain active. However, you’ll lose access to:
- Feature updates, including improvements and new functionality
- Security updates, which are essential to keep your store and customer data safe
- Technical support, in case you need help or run into issues
- Some specific features, depending on each plugin, might be disabled (check the FAQ for each plugin)
You’ll also see some warnings on the backend.
Renewing your license helps us keep improving the plugin, respond to changes in WordPress and WooCommerce, and provide reliable support. We highly recommend keeping it active.
Can I upgrade my license from 1 to more websites or from a yearly license to a lifetime?
Not on your own at this time. We still don’t have a way to switch between license types. Contact us.
We’re a government/public entity and need to buy a license by issuing a Purchase Order. How does this work?
Normally, we provide plugins and support only after payment, but we understand government/public entities need to get a quote, issue a P.O., receive an invoice, and then pay.
We’ll gladly work with you regarding this process, but we can only accept P.O.s for lifetime licenses, as we cannot bear the yearly bureaucracy involved for such a small payment.
Can I use one license on WordPress multisite?
Each license can only be used on one website, so in a multisite scenario each website needs its own license, whether it’s a different domain, subdomain, or folder inside the same domain.
All our plugins are also available in 2-, 5-, and 10-website licenses at a lower price per website.
Can I use one license on a WPML-powered website with a different domain per language?
Yes. We recommend you activate your plugin on the main language domain.
Our license validation checks every domain on your WPML website and allows the plugin to operate if it validates on any of them.
I bought a multi-website license and can only find one key. How can I get the keys for the additional websites?
When you buy a license, our system automatically generates one license key. To use the license on multiple websites, you need to create additional license keys, since each key can be used on only one website.
Go to My Account > License Manage > your license number – Manage > Key generator and generate the additional keys there.
You can generate as many keys as the number of websites your license allows.
