Results are updated instantly, and when a result is selected, all checkout fields are automatically filled with existing information, making phone orders and B2B workflows dramatically faster.
Built-in payment gateways for assisted orders
Choose the right gateway for each workflow, or let the customer complete payment themselves after the order is placed. Shop as Client PRO includes two payment gateways designed specifically for assisted sales:
- Request payment by email: finalize the order and send the customer a secure payment link immediately after checkout. They pay using their preferred method, keeping your staff away from sensitive card data and maintaining PCI DSS compliance.
- Invoice or Purchase Order: for B2B and deferred-payment workflows. Place the order without collecting payment at checkout, optionally capturing a Purchase Order number. If payment is already in hand, a single checkbox marks the order as paid on the spot.
