Easy workflow
Search previous customers or orders by email address, name, company, address, or phone number, assign the order by picking an existing record from a results list, and all the checkout fields will be automatically filled.
You can choose to update previous customer details or leave them as is.
Secure payments
Choose the payment method yourself, or request payment via email immediately after completing the order, rather than requesting credit card information from the customer or allowing them to choose the payment method afterward.
Use our built-in “Request payment by email” gateway to maintain PCI DSS compliance and avoid handling your customers’ credit card numbers.
Offer special deals while shopping as a customer
If you want to offer special pricing during the current shopping session, or even make a product free, you can change the price for each product directly in the cart.
This change will apply only to the current cart and not affect the product’s original pricing.
Currently available only on the classic checkout.
All the information in the backend
The order handler is displayed on the order management screen, and the admin list can be filtered by handler to find orders for each sales operator easily.
And because the handler ID is stored in the order meta, you can use it to create your own sales representatives’ reports (using external data processing tools).
User Switching integration
By integrating with the User Switching plugin, our solution allows the shop owner to get the best of both worlds:
- By switching to the customer profile, you can access any discounts, wishlists, or other functionality provided by 3rd-party plugins for the logged-in user. You can proceed with the order as usual and switch to the user only at checkout, after searching for him, transferring the cart between user profiles, and including a link to switch back to your admin or shop manager user on the order confirmation page.
- Our plugin will continue to record the handler user’s information on the order, allowing you to track sales by representative. You can also choose the “Request payment by email” gateway, which lets customers enter their credit card details, log in to their PayPal account, or pay in any other way they prefer after receiving the payment link.
Custom checkout fields? No problem!
When a customer is selected, this plugin automatically populates the core WooCommerce fields. However, if you need custom fields on the blocks checkout, your best option is to use our Simple Checkout Fields Manager for WooCommerce plugin, which has direct integration with Shop as Client.
If you’re using the classic checkout, you can add support to any custom field with developer hooks.
